Yes. Oracle, which acquired GloriaFood in 2021, has confirmed GloriaFood is being permanently discontinued on April 30, 2027. New signups were already closed as of early 2026, and no replacement product has been announced.
April 30, 2027. Existing accounts are expected to keep working until that date; after it, the ordering widget, integrations, and everything else built on GloriaFood stop.
Oracle's own communications say access ends at the shutdown date, which is why we (like every other serious migration guide) recommend exporting your menu and order history well before the deadline rather than waiting.
No. Orders go through the restaurant's own branded ordering site. Pricing is a flat monthly rate ($29/mo takeout, $49/mo takeout + delivery) or a per-order rate, restaurant's choice — never a cut of the order total.
You can run a free demo on Last Call Online Ordering while GloriaFood is still live, load your real menu, and only point your actual ordering link over once you're comfortable — there's no forced cutover date on our side.
We'll load a real menu and show you the live order flow — no commitment, and no GloriaFood export required to look.
